I had three routes, six technicians with no jobs, and I had to fill it in 24 hours. Here's how I did it. The first thing I did was I went into the CRM. I pulled all of the people that used us last year at this time. I knew these people needed to get the service done this year, so I sent them all an email and I called them and said, hey, it's been a year. We haven't been out to your house yet. It's time to get your service done. These people responded and said, cool, put me on your schedule. The second thing I did was I looked at the routes that were on the schedule for tomorrow and I found the cities and I went into our database and looked at anyone that we had serviced in these cities and I sent them an email and I said, hey, we're going to be in your area tomorrow. We have a promo. Since we don't have to spend money on gas, we're going to give you 10% off. Let me know if you want to get on the schedule to get X, Y and Z done. The third thing I did was all the people that we had scheduled out for that entire month called them and said, hey, we actually had some cancellations for tomorrow. Wanted to see if you wanted to move up and get your service done faster. Those three things filled our schedules in 24 hours and it will do the same for you.
