Phil Risher says Jobber is the CRM to use if you're scaling a home service business to $5 million. It gives you the same tools as big franchises—texting, two-way messaging, AI answering service, online scheduling—for way less money.
Here's my take on Jobber. I think Jobber gives you the ability to use all the tools and technology that the big guys use— franchises, the $20 million businesses. It allows you to give the customer experience with texting, communication, AI answering service, online scheduling, all the tools that you would want but at a fraction of the cost, specifically as you're building up to around like a $5 million business. So I believe that Jobber is the best bang for the buck from a CRM perspective, and I also believe that if you want to be the most forefront home service business with technology, then you should use Jobber. If you want to try Jobber today, I'll put a link down in the comments.
