For home service businesses. We implemented this in a company and they actually generated $53,000 just from having an AI answering service for their company. AI answering is the wave right now. What it's going to be next is outbound AI. When a form comes in, instead of just a text, it's going to be an outbound call to people that's going to hopefully book them into your calendar. The second thing is to have AI text message. And this could look a couple different ways. The first one would be a simple automation. So when someone fills out a form on your website, you might send them a text right away that says, hey, could you text us some more information with pictures? So we could get a little bit more a better understanding that's more of an automation side. But then you could incorpor AI to communicate back and forth via decision tree or frequently asked questions. Third one, which is going to get more advanced for the next 12 months is AI booking. Think like Calendly and Chachi BT communicating and then scheduling on Calendly via text message and email. Kind of communicating that whole thing to book your appointments for you. I see that in the future, in the next 12 months.
