How do I get my technicians to ask for reviews? If you're asking yourself this question, here are two ways that you can do that. The first one is you can create a competition. The competition is if you get a review and it has your name in it, then you get X. We have some clients that do this and they have little trucks that count all the way until you get to a hundred points. Each review is worth 10 points. When you hit 100 points, you get a hundred dollar gift card. The other thing that you can do is you can incentivize your customer service team to ask for reviews and follow up calls. So this could sound like the next day after the service. Hey, this is Phil with your service company. Just wanted to see how everything's going and if you had any questions for me following up? No, everything's good. Okay. Do you mind leaving us a Google review? I can text you a link or email you a link. It would really help us out and let our team know that we're doing a great job. No, sure. Yes. Send it on over. So those are two ways that you can incentivize or get your team to start asking for more reviews. Good luck.
