In this video, I'm going to go through the four things that you need to do if you're thinking about putting in new marketing plans or a new initiative for your business. So the first thing you want to do is what exactly are you looking to achieve? Whether that's taking on a new location that you want to run ads to, or if you really want to push this specific portion of your business, what exactly do you want the outcome to be? The second thing you need to figure out is how are you going to do it? Are you going to run more ads? Are you going to do an email newsletter? Are you going to do a campaign on social media? There's a million different ways that you can do it. What's going to be the most effective way? The third thing that you want to do is what is the goal? Return on investment or how much are you going to spend and what are you looking to get out of it? For example, I want to spend $0, but I want to get 10 more of these type of clients, or I want to spend $1,000 and I want this to get $4,000. And then the last thing that you want to look at is how exactly am I going to track that return? Am I going to look at this report or that report or this new customer report or this campaign?
