Dog eat dog world is a lie and I'm sharing this review because we got a five star review after telling the prospect that they weren't the right fit. And what I found is that there's three things when you tell someone no. The first thing is you don't waste your time. You don't waste your time, the customer doesn't waste your time. It's done deal. The second thing is is it allows you to add value without any hard clothes or anything. At the end. It's just like, hey, I'm here to help you. You got 10 more minutes, let me show you and point you in the right direction. They the third thing is it builds extreme trust and transparency. So the next time if there is something that you can add value for and you tell them, hey, I think this could add value, you immediately have trust and transparency in that relationship. For home service businesses or any other business out there, being able to say no does so much for your business that down the line you can say yes. So I'm curious to get your thoughts. Drop a comment if this is something that you've done or that you've seen value in. See you in the next video.
