I took a remodeling company from $1 million to $3 million in 18 months. Here's how I did it. The first thing that we set up was a dashboard so that we knew where they were spending their money and how much money it was making. And what we realized was that their Google search ads were not performing, and we actually decided to turn them off and take that budget and start creating content on Instagram. The reason that we did this is because they have 11,000 followers on Instagram. The number one thing that we could do is drive traffic to their site. So we built what we call an estimate calculator, but for them, we built them a design style quiz where where people can answer 5 questions and figure out what their design style is, and then ask them if they wanted to set up a meeting to discuss their design. This took their leads through the roof. Literally, they had a leads problem before working with us. This is his words, not mine. And now they don't have a leads problem. They have to hire people. He just bought a new storefront. He bought a new warehouse. He got more salespeople because he can't handle all the leads. Sometimes it's not just spend more on ads that your marketing tells you. It's what grows the business and what does the data tell us? So if you didn't triple your business and you're doing the same old playbook of just spend more on ads and pray to the Google gods for leads, It might not be the thing that's going to help you grow.
