Like, if you're sloppy small, you'll be sloppy big. And so I think anyone listening, if they have, no matter what size they are, most, I don't know what size they are. But if, if you are sloppy now, if you want to grow, you're just building your house on a weak foundation. And that's what I was, that's what we were in 2022. Our company was a weak foundation in 2022. We had a lot of people who didn't belong here. We had, we were doing services that we shouldn't be doing a lot. We got through it, but it was hard. And I, I almost lost some really important people because I was allowing a lot of jfoolery to go on. And so 2023 was a year of, like, strong improvements. So we've made a lot of improvements to our operation side. We implemented Company cam, which Company CAM is amazing.
