If I owned a home service business and I could only focus on One thing for 2025, this is what I do. I'd focus on retargeting your past customers and prospects and bringing them back into your funnel. How does this look? All the people that you sent estimates to that declined your estimates, you want to go back to them and see if they got the work done. Also see if they're ready to get it done. If you're going into your shoulder season or you have a slow period, this is a great way to fill your schedules. The second thing is, all of your customers that already know, like and trust you, you want to go back and try to retarget them and cross sell them different services or products that you offer. They already know they can trust you. They just need a reason to reach out to you and do more business. And the last thing is, I would also offer them an ability to refer us and potentially get some type of a kickback by referring us. This is a great way to stay top of mind and get business out of the customer database that you already have. The problem is 99% of companies will never do any of these things unless they have help. If you need help, DM me audit and we'll get started.
