There's a whole new audience that home service business owners need to serve, and it's not even humans. I believe by 2028 there will be AI agents that we all have that know about us. They know where we live, they know how we operate, they know what we just did to our house, and we're going to ask them questions and they're going to go out and find the businesses to work with. They're going to come back with recommendations, they're going to come back with availability, and then they're going to say, do you want me to schedule this for you? It's not going to be on the homeowner to go out and do all the research. Their agent is going to do the research for them and give them results. So what can you do as a home service business owner to prepare your business? One, you need to set up online scheduling for your business. These agents are already going through and following the path through online scheduling to see when availability is and how much things cost. Two, you need to have a pricing guide on your website so that way it can ask it how much does something cost and it can give this person a ballpark price. Number three, you need to be creating top of funnel content that's authority, like all the frequently asked questions that they could have so that these agents can trust you that you know what you're talking about. If you have these 3 things, you're set up so that when these agents get flowing in 2028, in my opinion, you are prepared for them to recommend your business and people to work with you.
