Is your website answering these 3 critical questions?

Phil Risher breaks down what local service websites need to answer: Are you the right fit? How much does it cost? When can I book? He shows how to use reviews and pricing ranges (like $1,500–$4,500/mo for agencies) plus online scheduling tools to speed customers from browsing to booking.

I got a lot of questions on the last video about how to do online scheduling and how to really automate this process. So I'm going to go through the framework that we use here and hopefully help you come up with an online scheduling game plan or at least start to answer some of the questions that your customers are asking. So just a quick overview. This is the customer journey that we use. We want to get to this, contact a business, schedule an appointment, and get an estimate in their hands so that we can get to this job sale quicker. And so some people, right, like Realtors, this might take five, six months, even years sometimes. And other companies, you can get to this much quicker. So I'm going to go through the framework of different types of businesses so that we can discuss. The first thing that we need to understand is what are the three questions that our prospects want to know? And then how can we answer those questions so that we can get them into this funnel and through the funnel quicker? So the first thing that we want to ask is, is, are you the right company to fix my problem? So how are your customers evaluating? Are you the right company to fix my problems? They're reading your reviews, they're going on your website. They're seeing if you're professional, maybe they got a referral in of some sort. So they're doing the due diligence. They might be right on the peak here to come back in, or they're a returning customer, and they already know that you're the right customer, that you're the right company that fixed their problem. So they're like right here in the middle and they're just about to contact the business. Either they've decided that you're the right company, or they know you're the right company. The way that you can do this is by getting more Google reviews, getting referrals, retargeting your customers, all the stuff that we do on these sides of the funnel. So again, get them into the funnel. All right? The next thing that your customers are asking is, how much will it cost? So are you the right company? How much is this going to cost me to do this thing? And so we're going to discuss the different strategies that you can use of how much this costs. Because most companies, you know, before you just turn this video off, you're gonna say, well, it depends. It depends. It always depends. It could be this amount or it could be that amount, right? And so your customer, though, that doesn't. That doesn't matter because your customer is asking them how much Is this gonna cost? So the way that we do it at Flash is we have a pricing page. And the pricing, it varies, right? It's based on 1500 to $4500 per month. And that's no matter if you work with us, us or another company. Typically, if you get all these services, it's going to be around this price. So if you're a roofing company, if you're a moving company, if you're a carpet cleaning company, whatever you do, there's a range of it could be $10 a room, or it could be $50 a room, it could be 10 cents a square foot, or it could be 50 cents a square foot. It just all depends. But what you want to tell them is, okay, so with digital marketing, um, let's say that we want to do a local search engine optimization. So the cost of this is going to range from $400 to $1500 a month. What is it? What does it mean? What are the things that are important? What's the ROI that you're going to get out of it? What's the difference between the $400 option and the fifteen hundred dollar option? Right. And then the customer can say, okay, it sounds like maybe they're more on the lower side of things or they're more on the higher side. You're educating the customer and adding value. So this is a great way to either get people to say, yes, this is the company that I've been looking for, or no, it's not the company I've been looking for because it's too expensive, or no, these are the cheaper guys. I really want the professional people that are going to, it's going to cost me more money, but I'm going to get the return based on what I'm finding. So that's the first way of. It depends. Even though it depends, what does it depend on? And then providing that information is crucial. The next part is, let's say that you have a fixed cost of something. So this is a tool called Timetap. This is a duct cleaning company that we work with. And so let's say that it's pretty straightforward. If it's a single family home and it's got one system, it's $565. Just put it out there, right? Because the customer wants to know what the price is. And this is gonna, they're gonna fill out a contact form, then you're gonna have to get back to them and then go back and forth just to get a price out of you. So when we look at this sales funnel, the customer's saying, well, how much is this gonna cost me? How much is this gonna cost me? And before that, they say, I wanna schedule an appointment. They wanna know how much it's gonna cost me. So the more transparent that we can be upfront, the quicker that they can say, okay, I feel comfortable with that price or that range. I'm willing to take the next step and schedule an appointment. So price is the big question mark. How much will it cost? That's two ways that you can answer it. I highly recommend it doing that, or even just coming up with some type of estimate calculator or something to get to that point. The last question is, when can I schedule an appointment? So inside of this, people are going to say, okay, is this the right company? Yes. How much is it going to cost me? Okay, that's too much. They're the right company, but it's too much right now. Or it's the right company and I'm cool with that price. Perfect. When can I schedule an appointment? When are you available? Right. So it's funny because when you think about your company, this is probably the same sequence that all your customer service representatives are going through every single time. And so how can we answer these questions online? So we talked about online scheduling before. So setting up a call now button or set up a schedule and so you could do this is a tool called Calendly. We have a tool that we've created that allows us to schedule like this. But yeah, you can use any tool such as Calendly, or there's a bunch of different scheduling tools that you can embed. Like even Google Calendar has something. So basically what you can do is you go here and then you can select the dates and times. Right? Let's say that you're doing a consultation for a new H VAC system. There's no reason not to have this on here. Or you're an accountant or a lawyer, right? You can do online scheduling for these things and just say, Flash Consulting Marketing meeting is going to cost $400, or whatever your consultation fee is or your dispatch fee or whatever. You can put it here as a fee and it's going to say, okay, yeah, I want to schedule it for this time. And then maybe on your form it says just, we're going to charge you $79 for a dispatch fee or $400 up front. You're going to meet with blah, blah, blah, blah, and then fill out the information. Right. So people will know. The other way is to have it like we showed you before, which is actually putting your pricing here with the scheduling and actually scheduling it through with the correct pricing based on that. So if you can answer those three questions, are you the right company to fix my problem? How much will this cost me and when can I schedule an appointment? In. In this funnel, you're going to get to this sale much faster because it's going to turn into a lead quicker. They're going to say yes, they're going to be able to schedule an appointment, they're going to get their estimate, their pricing proposal, and then they're going to get to a sale. And so this is how we partner with our clients to help them speed up this process. If you're interested in learning more, you know, you can set up a meeting with us.
