The most miserable place in business is 1 to 3 million dollars. It's literally called the swamp. And the reason it's the swamp is because you don't have enough cash flow to hire experts for six figures. You have to hire fractional people to help you grow. And a lot of times you're working with cookie cutter marketing agencies and it's still on you as the marketing person to drive actual results. On top of that, it's usually you that's doing all the sales in the business, trying to run around doing sales, doing sales, and sometimes you're even stuck as the firefighter, the operations director. This is the $1 to $3 million swamp. I face this at a home service business. I came in at $3 million just getting out of the swamp as a director of business development to run point on marketing and on sales internal. If you do not have a playbook to get out of this, this is literally why I built my business, was because you need to hire fractional people like consultants to come into your business to alleviate all of the marketing burden from you, so that way you can move up the ladder to sales. Then you hire and build a sales team, then you go up to a management. If you're stuck trying to grow between 1 and 3 million, reach out to me and I'll show you the playbook that we use for businesses to help them get unstuck.
