A lead is not hot forever. Sometimes you only have minutes and you got 3 channels that you need to reach out on. The first one is text. Someone fills out a form, you need to text them right away and ask them for pictures and more information about their project. The second thing, you gotta call them still. You need to pick up the phone and call them. A call meets them right away and gets them to actually answer the phone and communicate with them. And then the third way is email. Still send them an email, ask for more information. Some people are texting people, some people are calling people, some people are email people. You gotta meet them where they're at, whichever communication style is best for them. What I can tell you is that about 70% of home service business owners are only doing calls. And when they call and they don't answer, poof, the lead's gone forever. Don't let that be you.
