How can I on my own build my reviews? And so I built this very rudimentary email that was like colorful, had some graphics, it had links to different sites where you could directly post a review. And I set up my office staff that every single job they were required to go and in the happy call, they would let them know there's an email coming and we would love to have you post a review. We run contests, our staff really gets motivated by them. And so just by sending that email and implementing the happy call, we were able to more than double our reviews. Wow. At no cost, really. It was just time of the staff. So finding like rudimentary grassroots ways to do things while helping cost, I think really is what helped us to be known. Yeah.
