How do you get more reviews without being weird about it? There's two ways. In my home service business, we have podium set up with automations and we weren't getting any reviews. We would literally just send the review request and no one would leave us a review. So when I audited this process, I said, okay, well, why are people not leaving us review one, we had a bad customer experience. People were not like, oh my gosh, this is amazing. So what we did was we asked our technicians to start showing before and after pictures on every job. Reviews started going up because we built a good customer experience. Second, we realized that the automation was going out and we weren't getting that many clicks. Maybe 5% of people were clicking on it when we know that 10% of your customers should be leaving you reviews. So what we did was we switched it from automation to tech incentivized. We started incentivizing our technicians with $10 to get a review. Each review that they got that had their name in it, we gave them $10. This instantly blew up our reviews. In the first year, we got over a thousand Google reviews just by doing this system. So don't make it weird. Make it simple, Give a good service, and at the end say, hey, how is everything with the service that you received from us today? Great. One way that you could help me out, give me some recognition back at the store is if you could leave me a quick review. Do you mind doing that? You could scan this QR code right here. Boom. Reviews.
