I mean, I'll give you an example. I was just in Kentucky yesterday doing some ride alongs with technicians, and they were talking about the same sorts of thing. Hey, we want to be. We want to take great care of the customer. And they're all on a budget and things are tight right now. So I go out to these homes, and you would not believe, Phil, how many incredibly nice homes there were.
Incredibly nice. And many of them had already downsized.
A little bit because their kids are already out. So technicians. Don't you realize.
That when they downsize.
There'S a little nest egg that they accumulate? You see, they sell a bigger home, they get all the equity from that, and then they sit on that equity in a smaller home. Trust me, they can afford it.
