Here's why this is so important, because notice I never said pay. In the last 5 years, we have seen an increase in wages in the skilled trades pays. We've actually seen an increase in pay of approximately 23%. Here's the part that's going to make your jaw drop. We've actually seen a turnover rate of 37%. So 1 out of every 3 of your teammates are leaving, even if you are increasing the dollars. We are currently in a process of renting people. You have free agents and you're bringing them in. What the smart owners understand is that we have to create more than just a paycheck. It's got to be a community.
