Automations are great, but I have no idea how to set them up. Most home service business owners know they should be setting up automations using their CRM, pulling leads all the way through their sales funnel with texts and emails and following up on estimates. But they don't know how to do it. When I was in their shoes, it was the same thing. The CRMs are confusing. The marketing channels are confusing. Do I use mailchimp? Do I use constant contact? How do I bring all this stuff together to actually grow my business? Here's where you can start. Figure out an automation that you want to set up. Usually you can start with just lead nurture, then set up a spreadsheet and all the leads that go into the spreadsheet start to nurture those leads through a process. If you want to set up automations, there's a great tool like Zapier where you can connect your CRM and third party data and start having things happen. A lot of times it can be overwhelming and time consuming to try to piece all this stuff together, which is why you would work with a company that understands the automation and tech stack for CRM. If you want to see automations in action using your CRM, set up a meeting and I'll walk you through the tech stack that we have set up to help you grow your business.
