Phil Risher says home service owners need three rhythms: monthly ROAS reviews to cut losing ads and scale winners, weekly outreach to past prospects and customers, and daily video content answering real customer questions to build organic search authority.

Once a month, you should be pulling return on ad spend reporting and figure out what's winning and what's losing. Cut the losers, double down on the winners, and that will scale from an ads perspective. Once a week, you should be touching base with your past prospects and customers. This could be in a monthly email newsletter. This could be in a call, text, reach out to them. This could also be a 90-day, 6-month nurture sequence. But once a week, you should have some touchpoint with your past prospects and customers. Once a day, you should be creating content. You should be taking real customer questions that are happening inside of your business, making content on video, talking about those real customer questions. So that way you can rank in AI search and have a backlog of content so that AI search trusts you.
