How do I become $50 million? We weren't thinking about how do I get from 3 or 4 to 10. We started thinking about let's perfect our operation playbook, let's perfect our brand, let's attract a great team, and we build a brand that's suitable for statewide. And then with our brand and our core team and some playbooks starting to get good, then we go buy companies. So we go on the buyout. We're buying up $1-2 million companies and we're doing bolt-on. We add complementary services, we add geographic footprint, we add key people. Suddenly Suddenly we find ourselves north of $50 million having started at $3 to $5 million in just a couple of years. We're thinking really differently about building a business that scales. Get your execution right, read your books about your systems, but if you just think big about that, makes a massive difference.
