When and how to grow. So at that point, he was still in the field, he was still answering the calls, he was still doing estimates. His mom was still working for another company. So she would basically, the company would take voicemails throughout the day if he missed the call, and then his mom would come home from work and make phone calls in the evening. What do we start with? Well, we have to hire an admin because we don't want to miss phone calls and miss opportunities. What's next? Okay, well, let's start interviewing more field technicians. That's where I, like, started creating. Like, I was playing with the hiring process and bringing on good people.
