We had a prospecting call last week and the company that we met with was spending over $2,000 a month on Google Ads. And they were saying that they weren't getting any leads. And this was a typical home service type of business. And the reason is because first off, they weren't set up properly. But second, they were driving traffic to their website and their website was not secure and it didn't even have any call to action to actually convert into leads. So what was happening was they were paying for traffic to the site, but then they couldn't do anything on the site, so they weren't getting any leads. So if you are currently paying for ads, here are three things that you need your website to convert into leads. The first thing is a chat widget in the corner. This allows people to text or communicate with your business. The second thing is an estimate request button or calculator of some sort. And then the third thing is a service request. When people land on your website or even call your business, they want to know two things. How much is it going to cost and when can you do it? If you can answer those questions or give them an opportunity to turn into a lead, you're going to see your lead conversion increase. Be sure to hit like and subscribe for more marketing content.
