There's two things. Family has to stay at home. What I mean by that, we're not having family problems at work. Leave what we can at the door. Again, we're still human. I think the other thing is what are those boundaries and accountability I'm setting? Are they allowed to just do whatever they want? I know that I keep putting back so much on the owner and the accountability, but I'm setting the standards for what's happening. I know that's tiresome and I know that's draining and I don't want like that to be overlooked by any means, but if I set the standards, they know what they're allowed to do. We want people to bring other people in 'cause that shows how much they love the job. They're creating the community, they're helping create the culture. Hopefully they're like them, so they bring in more. It's like, what standards am I setting for my team?
