Discounts do not build demand. Trust does Most businesses just focus on getting leads in the door to turn and burn one night stand customers. What they should be focused on is building a brand and the brand has trust. Here's three things you can do to build trust for your home service. Brand number one Obviously get Google reviews. Get five star reviews with before and after pictures and have words in your reviews. If you're not sharing before and after pictures with your customers and they're not putting them in their reviews, it's going to be harder to build trust versus your competitor that has before and after pictures. The second thing when someone goes to your website you need to have simple call to actions to make people turn into a customer. 87% of people do their research offline and then they decide to go and work with you. So you need to have real pictures on your website with logoed stuff. You need to have a chat widget in the corner. Online scheduling book now 7 second form. Make it simple for people to turn into a customer. They're going to trust you a whole lot more. And the third thing is on your website have a pricing page and an estimate calculator. Pricing page allows people to say wow, these people actually care. They're trying to educate me on price so I don't get taken advantage of and if I want a quick estimate I can just put in this information and get an estimate. If you're not doing these three things, you're losing out on customers that are researching businesses all around your area. Because you're not building trust, you're just trying to throw another discount at them to see if they want to work with you.
