Here's how to guarantee speed to lead in your business so that you don't lose any jobs. After someone fills out a form on your website, you need to have a text message and an email automatically go to them. Imagine if you needed something done in your house and you submit a form to a company and they text you immediately and says, hey Phil, thanks so much for reaching out. Could you send us a quick picture of your project and let me take a look at it and get back to you? That moves the ball forward in their eyes. Then they're not going to go to another company and try to find someone else that might get back to them as well. They're going to say, wow, this company already reached out to me. Let me send them a picture and let's move this ball forward with this company because clearly they take communication and solving my problem efficiently very important. Then when your CSR ends up calling them and they don't answer, you have a text or an email chain open that you can communicate with.
