If you're having issues with cancellations in your business, here are three ways that you can alleviate that so that you can complete more jobs and increase your revenue. So the first thing that you can do is to set up an email, text message or some type of drip campaign sequence over a week long process. You can send them emails of ways that you add value for customers. You can explain what your products and services are, what they can expect, maybe even customer testimonials of what other people have experienced by using your services. Things things to get them excited as their project comes up. The second thing you can do is to call them three days out and one day out. A lot of people do the day before call just to confirm. But calling people three days out is also a really nice way to stay top of mind just seeing if any questions have come up and maybe making sure they know what to expect for their service. And then the last thing is to send a text message the day before. If they don't answer that call, you can send them a text message and just say hey. Please press C to confirm. Good luck. I know you're gonna CR.
