Phil Risher explains how tax credits and rebates span multiple levels: manufacturer, utility, state, county, city, and federal. Local programs constantly shift due to budget cuts, making manual tracking nearly impossible. An AI system monitors requirement changes in real time and alerts you when programs update, so you don't miss deadlines or lose money.

Rebates are spread out across so many different levels. You've got rebates to your point on the manufacturer level, especially in H VAC plumbing. You've also got local utility rebates. There's also state level, county level, city level, and then finally the federal rebates that I think a lot of folks are aware of. And those are typically tax credits. The issue though is especially as you go downstream to the state, city, local utility level, these rebates change all the time. If you imagine, I mean your local utility, they've got a budget, it runs out of money or they change the requirements for these rebates, keeping up to date with that is incredibly difficult. So where AI actually comes into play is that we're able to keep tabs on all of these rebate programs to see if there are differences day to day. Right. We can see if they've made updates to the requirements through the documents that they're required to publish online. And as a result, we can flag these proactively.
