One of our clients tried to take one of our consultants. This is a testament to like, we have really great people. And like when you work with a marketing company, a lot of times it's pulling teeth to try to even get any feedback or any responses or any proactiveness. So when a home service business gets ahold of someone who's actually like on top of the ball, knows the stuff, helping them grow their business, they're like, how can I get these people onto their team? And then for me as a business owner, I have to make sure that I create this space that they want to work here, that they give them the opportunity to scale and grow with us and allow them to do great work for our clients as well. So I don't see it as an issue. I see it as a testament to what we're building and all the team that we have, which is an amazing team.
