If you own a gutter cleaning company and you wanted to add another million dollars on top of your revenue and you wanted to do that through partnerships, here's exactly what you would do. You'd pull a list of all the complementary services. So let's say roofing companies, pressure washing companies, landscape companies, hardscape companies. Find all these companies in your area and then reach out to them. You could do this via cold email. What I did at my home service, I literally went out to these locations, like I drove out there, I went into their office and asked for the service manager and said, hey, we have this great partnership program where your team members can actually make money by referring my business, and you can actually do this service without actually doing this service by partnering with us. The way that this looks is I can come in, I'll bring donuts, and I'll educate your team on how they can refer us business, and I'll get them excited about referring us so they can make more money and you can serve your clients better. Does next Tuesday work? I can bring donuts by at 6:30 AM and I can train all of your technicians on how it works. Boom. Then you take those people and you put them into an email newsletter every single month so you stay top of mind so that they do refer you, and you make it super simple. You add a contact page on your website that says flasconsulting.com/contractor. You turn that into a QR code, you put the QR code on a business card, and then when you go to these breakfasts, you pass out the business cards to all the technicians and you say, anytime that you come across a person that might be interested in gutter cleaning, all you have to do is scan this QR code, put the customer's information in, and I'll reach out to them. And if I close them, I'll send you $100.
