Phil Risher says add a pop-up to your website to capture emails. Most e-commerce sites offer 10% off to get them. For one client, it became their top lead source in months. If discounts hurt your brand, try "lock in this year's pricing" instead.

My new favorite thing to do is to add pop ups on customers website. Most e commerce websites have a place where you trade your email address and you get 10% off. It's a home run for home service business owners and most people don't do it. We had a company that we work with we implemented something similar where they got a percentage off and it was their number one lead channel on their website for back to back months all by adding a pop up. Some people don't want to give away discounts because it cheapens their brand. One way to get around this is to offer something like lock in pricing for this month because our suppliers pricing is going up or lock in this year's pricing. There's a bunch of ways you can use pop ups without even giving promos that will help you convert more leads from your website. If you want to pop up for your website and make a whole bunch more money hit me up in the DMs.
