Google just released that they are going to start charging people for missed calls. Yes, if you run Google Local Service ads and you do not answer the phone after someone's on there for 20 seconds, Google says October 1st they are going to charge you for that call. This is huge because before you would just pay per lead on Google LSA, and lead was if you answered and talked to these people. Now they're saying if you don't answer, you still got to pay, guy. So what does that mean if you do not have AI answering service for rollover calls? Let's say your CSR is busy, you're busy, all your CSRs are busy, and they don't answer the phone, you still get charged. And this is why I believe that AI answering service is better than a voicemail because AI answering service, especially if it's attached to your online scheduling, can answer the phone, get the information, and then schedule the service for you. And this is why I always recommend people, you should be using Jobber if you do not have this capability. It has AI answering service and online scheduling all in one place. And now you can hook up your Google LSAs, roll over to the answering service, and schedule your service for you, and you never miss a lead. So if you want to try Jobber, I'll put the link in my story.
