There are literally only four ways to get new customers for your home service business. And here they are. Number one, you can do free stuff. Get Google reviews, you can post free stuff online. You can write blog posts, do social media content. Number two, you can run paid ads. Here's what I recommend. Google local service ads, Google search ads, Yelp Meta, YouTube mailers, home shows, in that order, run paid ads. But very important, you need to have return on ad spend reporting so that you know I spent $2,000 and I made $10,000. If you know those numbers, you can't go wrong with running ads. The third way is to build warm B2B partnerships. People that refer you business. What you want to do is go out to complimentary services. You're a roofing company, find a gutter cleaning company, build a relationship with them and say, hey, if you send me a customer, I'll send you 100 bucks. Warm B2B partnerships is the third way to get customers. And you can literally generate millions of dollars just by doing that. One strategy. And the fourth thing is good old fashioned door knocking or cold outreach. What this looks like is going door to door. But there are tools out there now where you can actually cold text and cold email to get customers to come into your funnel that don't know anything about you. Those are the four ways to get new customers. If I went through these four and you feel like you're missing one of them, two of them, you don't have any return on ad spend reporting. You're not doing any free stuff that people can find out about. You shoot me a DM and I'll hop on a call and I'll walk you through the four strategies and how you can implement them in your business.
