Okay, there are only 4 ways to grow a home service business. The first one is you gotta know your booking rate. If you know that you got 100 leads and you generated 70 jobs, a 70% booking rate, and you know that's gonna be a predictable way to get more jobs on the books. The second one is you need to know your close rate. You need to know that you sent out 100 estimates and you closed 50 of them. Then you know, I got this many leads, I ran this many jobs, I got this many estimates, I closed this many estimates. Then you need to know your average ticket. That all these jobs that you close, the average ticket makes sense to hit my revenue goals and profitability structure. And then the last one, this is a full circle moment. You need to know your customer acquisition cost. If I told you it takes you $100 to get a new customer right at the top, that's gonna tell you that leads to jobs, that percentage, then it's gonna show you your close rate, then your average ticket. This is how you orchestrate growth. If you know those 4 numbers every single day in your business, you know what to fix and you also know what to scale. Mm-hmm. And it takes the guesswork out of it. We actually built a whole growth roadmap that walks you through these steps and builds out the roadmap for you. If you want that, comment "roadmap" below and I'll get you the link.
