Yeah, we see this time and time again with business owners between $1 and $10 million. There are 3 hidden hero syndrome bottlenecks in every home service business. The first one is in data. You as a business owner are usually the head of technology. You're the one that's piecing together all this tech stack and you got this automation tool over here, this texting tool over here, this cool new AI platform over here, and you're running point on all these things bottlenecking the actual execution. The second thing is in the data. You have a CRM and you're trying to pull data and figure things out, but really you're just looking at total revenue and accounts receivable and you're not actually looking at booking rate, close rate, average ticket, and customer acquisition cost, which is what you should be looking at. And then the third one is cookie-cutter marketing agencies. You are running point on your agency. You're emailing support@, you're telling them what to do. You're trying to tell them how to grow your business when it should be the other way around. The way you alleviate the bottleneck is that you find a company that can do all three. That's exactly why I built my company.
