I think Google reviews are probably one of the most undercapitalized things in a business. It's raw feedback right from the chief quality officer, straight from the customer's mouth. And if you're not looking at that really objectively and measuring yourself against what that customer said and putting your ego to the side and saying, you know what, maybe we do suck in the areas that this customer is saying, maybe we need to take a hard look at this area that we just got bashed on, instead of going to the fight, taking the fight to the customer, it's like, you No, our future customers are going to win from our mistakes from the past. And so I'm just really excited about Google Reviews.
