A customer asked us how can they grow their business without hiring another salesperson? And the blueprint that we rolled out for him increases revenue by 22% just by doing this one inside of your conversion funnel, every single job that you're running for service jobs, you have to have a way to generate more estimates on top. If you're just running 200, $300 service calls and you're not generating opportunities for 2,000 to $20,000 large projects, you're missing out on all the opportunity from those service calls. Two, you have to track your estimate count. If you're not tracking your estimate count, you're not going to know if you're generating more opportunities for your business to actually grow. Third, you have to track your actual close rate. So you generated all these estimates, but are you closing them? And the last thing is your average ticket. You have to make sure your average ticket is at a dollar amount. That's going to help you grow your business. Then what you want to do is all your prospects and customers that come through your funnel, you want to cross sell them services. Let's say someone comes through for a no AC call and you fix it. You need to send them an email newsletter about ductless systems, spring tune ups, all tune ups, humidifiers, and cross selling all the other services to bring them back into your funnel and generate real great.
