This air duct cleaning company gets free leads by their competitors, paying $150 per lead. Here's how they do it. Instead of paying money for ads and getting cold leads from the Internet, they're partnering with local businesses to get customers and leads coming in that are warm. And how they're doing this is they're building partnerships with other businesses. Specifically, they're making sure that their company is not the hero, the other business is the hero. And they have a problem. That problem is is that their technicians are not making any additional money. So now if they refer us customers, they're going to make more money. Their customers are not that sticky. So if they were to bolt on a service like ours, they would be sticky. But what can we do to help them? We a whole partnership program that they can roll out for their business to help them grow. Once you start thinking about this as you're not the hero, you're the guide, it will change how many leads that you have coming in. And guess what? You're going to get so many leads coming in from all over the place, you're not even going to be able to handle what you have coming in. If you really build out these B2B partnerships, the lesson here is that this company is crushing it in their market because they're not spending money on a ton of ads like their competitors, and they're spending money on real customers that are coming in the door.
