This is the flash customer journey that home service businesses use to double their revenue all over the country. And I'm going to give it to you for free in the next 30 seconds. First is visibility. You have to have new customers coming in through the door. There's four ways to get new customers. For home service businesses, you need free stuff. So this is going to be like SEO social media, getting Google reviews, posting content on your website that's free. Running paid ads with return on ad spend reporting, run paid ads, Google local service ads, Google search ads, Yelp meta, YouTube. Third is building B2B partnerships. So warm outreach. Second, get people that are referring you business coming in the door. And then the fourth thing is cold door knocking, cold outreach into your business. That's the first part. The second part is conversions. Once leads come into your business, you need to have a lead nurture sequence leads to jobs and then estimate nurture sequence estimates to close. A lot of times people just want to fill the bucket with a bunch of new leads when they have a leaky bucket. If they just fix those holes, they're going to grow their business. And the last thing is everyone that comes to your funnel needs to go into a retargeting campaign, which is the third part. You need to have email newsletters that go out, email promos and text marketing that brings people back into the funnel. Here's a secret that people don't tell you in that conversion funnel. If you tighten that up so that way your lead process is great, your estimate process is great. Make sure that you close as many deals as you can. Then you retarget these people and cross sell them services and ask for referrals and bring people back into your funnel. That is a snowball that will grow. Then you just add fuel on the fire over here with new customers. That is how you compound growth in a home service business to multimillion dollar growth.
