A $10 million home-service company was spending $2,500 on Google Local Service Ads with 5× return. Doubling the budget to $5,000 pushed returns to 7×, then 10× again. The platforms had never been audited. Regular metric review catches what most businesses miss.

We have a $10 million home service business. We started working with them and no one was auditing their ad platforms. So the first one we looked at was Google local service ads. They were spending $2,500 and maxing out. So the first month we pulled their return on ad spend and they did 5x. Then we said, okay, well, if you're maxing this out at 5x, we need to double this from 2,500 to 5,000. So the next month we doubled it to 5,000, and then they went 7x return on ad spend. So we're like, okay, we need to double it again from 5000 to 10,000. So we doubled it from 5000 to 10,000, and now that's this month. So the moral of the story here is that if you don't have anyone who's looking at the numbers, you don't know what to pull up or down. And when you have someone that pulls everything out, then it's like, well, let's just do more of this. And then let's double this. Let's keep doubling it and get as much out of it as we can. If we're getting 5, 7, 10x return.
