The hidden growth gap between $1 million and $10 million home service businesses. We start with the data first. We need to pull leads year over year, jobs year over year, closed estimates sent, estimates closed, average ticket, new customers. What I would recommend doing and what we do with Jobber, all these platforms, we pull year over year data. So then we can pinpoint the actual issue, which is it booking rate, close rate, average ticket, or customer acquisition cost. A lot of times when people spend a bunch of money on ads and they don't have a good conversion rate, they think two things. They either think that the leads suck or the marketing sucks or a combination of both. When usually if you can pinpoint your booking rate, your close rate, your a merge ticket on those specific channels, you'll know how to fix it.
