Busy doesn't mean profitable. When people used to ask me, you know, how's your day going? I say, oh, I'm so busy, so busy, so busy. What I realized was that busy is not good. Busy just means busy, busy, busy. What you want to be is strategic and you want to be productive because being productive usually creates profitability because you have a system in place. Typically between $1 million and $3 million in home service business, the owner is just busy running around all over the place. We had a guy, he was stuck at $1.2 million for 2 years and it was because he was the bottleneck. He was the hustler. He was running around doing stuff. He decided to partner with us and we immediately took off of his plate automations, data tracking for return on ad spend, and then good marketing that was built on all those things. He ended up taking a month off from his business and his business grew to $1.8 million because he stopped being busy and he started being productive and strategic and systematizing his business. The lesson here is that just because you're busy doesn't mean that you're gonna be profitable. Specifically as you wanna grow your business, being less busy actually works. Yeah.
