Phil Risher identifies three lead-generation channels: B2B referral partnerships like HVAC contractors teaming with electricians, paid ads tracked for ROAS (spending $1,000 to generate $5,000-$10,000), and retargeting prospects inactive for 12 months.

If I had to generate leads for a business today, here's the 3 channels I would focus on. First, I would build B2B partnerships with referral partners. If I'm an HVAC contractor, I'd go and find electrical contractors, plumbing companies to refer me business. Number 2, I would go and run ads that produce return on ad spend. So I would spend money on an ad platform and I would track return on ad spend all the way through. I spend $1,000 and see if it made $10,000 or $5,000, and I would know this number through and through. And number 3, I would retarget my past prospects and customers. So I would go into my database and I would target people that hadn't worked with me in the past 12 months, and I would call them and give them an offer to bring them back into the funnel.
