If your website cannot book a job in five seconds is literally a brochure. When someone goes to your website, they've already done their research, they're going to your website to qualify and say, is this a legit company or not? They don't want to hunt around and try to find your contact button. They don't want to hunt around and try to find how to call you, how much you charge, all this stuff. They want to turn into a customer. Once they say, yep, this is the company I want to work with. And how do you do that? There's three things you need to do. One, on your mobile site, because more than 50% are using your mobile website, you, you need sticky headers right at the top. You need a call now button and a book now button that's sticky when they're scrolling, when they go to any page. That way, when they decide they want to be a customer, they click the button, they turn to a customer. Number two, you need to have a chat widget on your website. Someone goes to your website, they want to chat, they got a quick question they don't want to dig through to see if you did this service or you serviced this area. They want to ask you a question to turn to a customer. And number three, online scheduling. Time and time again, people say, oh, I don't do online scheduling because I don't want it to mess up my calendar. Here's the secret, guys. Google is going to be doing online scheduling. They already have it built out in their labs where you can ask Google, find me a good hvac company and it's going to go out and find through online scheduling the company that you should be working with. They already have this for restaurants. It's coming for home service businesses. You don't want a whole treasure map to try to work with your business, make it easy and get more customers.
