Service Titan came out with their top 10 H VAC websites and easy tips to improve your website. I'm going to go through these websites and just do an audit of them. I've never looked at these sites before and I'm going to just give you the good and the bad and share what I think about these websites. My name is Phil Risher. I'm the owner of Flash Consulting. We work with home service businesses and we help them increase their sales and keep their technician schedules full through digital marketing technology. And so let's dive right into these. I have not looked at these yet, but the first one on here is this nrg. So let's take a look at these. So initially when I go onto their website, I think that this looks pretty clean. One of the things I noticed, they don't have a chat widget over here which they're missing out on. Conversions. The number one conversion tool is actually the Schedule now button. And then the second one is the chat widget. People might not be ready to schedule, but they might want to just chat in with a question and so that's why it's important. Their schedule. Now let's see. Okay, so this is Schedule Engine, which integrates with Service Titan. So they probably use Service Titan, but overall this is good. Let's just take a look at their mobile site. So on the mobile site we want to see call to actions. Yeah, like this. So we want to see this call button, Call to action. And then ideally we would like to have a little chat widget right there. Okay, so yeah, that makes sense. This looks pretty good. Let's just check their SEO. So for your title tag, you want to make sure that you have your target area in this title tag because this tells Google that yes, we do service in this area, especially on your homepage. This is really important. Now we also see in their meta description, they're not, they don't have their geo target in their meta description. So that's a strike against them. Because this is something that's really important to make sure that you have it in your title tag and your meta description, it is the correct links, which is good. But for some reason their website is. Their URL is not indexable, which that's not good because Google's not indexing their content. Let's just check their headings. So again, this is not good. So your H1, your trusted home service provider for over 35 years, your H1 should have your geo target and your service in it. So this I would say is not optimized for search engine optimization. It does look nice though, and it does have some call to actions here. All right, let's check out the next one. All right, so I hope that's not their homepage. Okay, this is their homepage. So initially it looks like they have a podium website chat on here. Which podium is good? They have a schedule, an appointment. Yep, same thing. They have the pop out, which is good. And they have a big call button. I like this. I would maybe accent this. Schedule an appointment, but this is good. They have the three call to actions that we want to see. And then let's just check their mobile real quick and make sure that they have the proper stuff. Okay, so they don't have a call. They should have a little button here that says. Oh, it's at the bottom. Let's see. Okay, perfect. Yeah, this is nice. Schedule, visit, call button and the chat. Okay, so this is all optimized correctly. Let's just check their SEO so AC repair in Charlotte. So they must do that. This is, you know, jamming this, which not the end of the world. And then their headings providing Charlotte. Perfect. So yeah, this is good. Let's just check out one of their internal pages. So the chat widget, all the call to actions. Let's just check for SEO. So title tag looks good. Meta description looks good. It is indexable. And H1 is Charlotte. So yeah, all this is good. I think that this is a really good website. Clean, easy to use, looks professional, has all the right call to actions. All right, Skylake. Oh, this is busy. I don't like when this is all choppy like this. It's just to me, it looks overwhelming When I come to this website, especially with the fall picture, it looks like they use podium as well. Request quality. I deserve get estimate request service. All right, so they're using the old school service Titan scheduler, which is. This just doesn't look professional to me. It's okay. Welcome. It's kind of cheesy. All right, let's just see what they got over here. Skylake, they looks like they serve Orem, Utah, Orem community. Okay, that's good. Heading H1 again, your H1 needs to have your GEO target. So that is not good. And let's just dig into a service area page. I would say for this, this website there's some small tweaks. So notice this in their air conditioning. Now, in their meta description, they're targeting Lehigh. And in their meta description, they don't even have anything. Best practice is that you have one target all across your service area pages. Excuse me, all across your service pages. And then you build out internal service area pages for like Lehigh and other cities, because you don't. You want only one location target across your website aside from your service area pages that you can build out. So this site, to me, I don't think that this is ideal by any means. I think this site could use a lot of work. But this is why we do this. So you can see good and bad sites through a professional's opinion. All right, so next up we have call Medley. No chat widget, which again, they're missing out on leads. Request five star service. And it just goes here. They don't even have any online booking, so they're missing out on leads left and right. So a lot of the clients that we work with that do online booking, especially H vac, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, any of those types of businesses, you should have some type of online scheduling and it should be like a little calendar or pick your date or something like that. And definitely you need a chat widget on here. Let's just check out the SEO Carrollton. I guess that's the city services in Carrollton. Okay, so that's decent. Let's see. Carrollton. Okay, that. That worked. That works good. Just look at this. Carrollton, Texas and Carrollton. Okay, I mean, that's fine. I will probably put Carrollton, Texas in all the stuff. And then let's just look at their mobile stuff too. I didn't look at the Skylake peoples. Maybe we'll check that out in a sec. Okay, so they have the call now. Perfect. Let's just check out Skylakes because I'm curious what their mobile site looks like. Okay. Yeah. Okay. I mean, this looks decent. Looks a little weird with this picture, but they have the buttons up here and. Yeah, let's click the call. So, yeah, all that looks actually pretty good. They have the bones there. Aesthetically, I don't know if it's. It's necessarily there. All right, let's check out the last one. Western. All right, so Western they're using. This is a Service Titan chat widget that integrates with Service Titan. Let's check out this schedule. What is this? This looks like something else that they've made. I don't even know what this is. I'll check it out afterwards. But yeah, this is not Schedule Engine. That's something else. I don't even know what that is. All right, so Western Savings Club. That's cute. Let's check out this. So Western Heating and air local. In Orem and Lehigh you should only have one service area, like serving Orem for example. And then you can create Lehigh service area pages, but you really only want one. Let's check out this. This website is actually pretty clean. Like if I came to this website I feel like I would, I would want to use them. Contact financing schedule. This is cool. I like how they have this here with the bar and then the book today. Like good call to actions, right when you come to the page and they have the chat widget. So I think that that's a really good feature. Let's just check one of their internal service pages. All right, so same thing. Orem, Lehigh, nothing in their meta description so that's not good. And their H1 again, air conditioned services. So they need to have their geo target. So I hope this was good. I just tried to go through some of the sites and do a quick audit to see where they're at. It's funny, I'm sure that there's some kickback that service titan gets from these companies to be featured in their 10Best H VAC websites. But as you can see, I think out of all these, this Bradham Brothers, it looks like this one is the most complete correct SEO Correct. Call to actions. Everything looks cohesive. I'm curious to get your thoughts on website development and design. Are there any other call to actions that you typically have on H Vac websites that you don't see on here?
