We did these two things to make this business an extra $2.7 million. The first thing is we fixed the lead nurture process. They were getting a ton of leads coming in. They didn't have any cadence to follow up on leads. So what we did was when someone filled out a form, we added a text and an email that went directly to this person. Second, we set up a lead nurture sequence so that way they could get a lead, put people into this lead nurture sequence to get them to ultimately schedule or book a job. The second thing we fixed in this business was attribution and return on ad spend reporting. The problem is most people spend money on ads, spend money on B2B partnerships, but they don't know what's actually working. What's. What we did was we set up attribution. That way we know we can double down on this, we can remove this, we can shift over here and focus more on this. Good data, good decisions. If you don't know your return on ad spend numbers and you don't have a good lead management process, it's going to be hard to grow because you're just putting money at something that you don't know if it's working and then you don't know if you're actually getting all of the juice out of the squeeze of every single lead. If you feel stuck and you don't have the attribution dialed in or the lead management plan, I can literally walk you through, step by step, the recipe of exactly how we do this and give it to you. Shoot me a dm. I'd be happy to walk you through.
