Train an AI model on your client's actual call-center transcripts instead of using generic ChatGPT. The model generates website copy, blog posts, and social content that sound like the business itself, not regurgitated marketing that falls flat.

The most exciting thing is the shift that we implemented for AI search, which is using our customers call transcripts to funnel into their actual content. Most agencies before were going to ChatGPT or other platforms and trying to use the customer or clients or businesses voice in order to make something that was going to go in social media or on their website. What we did is we took all their call transcripts and now we're using that to build a language model so that way we can create content on their behalf using real stuff that's happening in their business. Look, a lot of people right now, when they think about their marketing, it's disjointed from their actual business. It's just marketing that's happening out here. Blog posts, service area pages, maybe even social media content just to stay relevant when all of your expert stuff is happening in your business. But you don't have a way to put it all together to make it make sense and to actually market your real business. And this is what's going to help companies stand out in the future, which is why marketing agencies need to make this shift. And if you're paying for marketing and they're just using regurgitated chatgpt stuff, it's probably going to be frustrating. And I know that it's going to hold you back in the future when things shift to AI search.
