Okay, but your best customers are one reminder away from booking with you again. You have to think about it. When people reach out, it's because they have the biggest problem going on right now, and it's got to the point where they're like, I need to get this solved. If you were to give them a little tap and say, hey, we're going to be in your area next week, do you have any projects you need to get taken care of? Now they have a reason to actually have you out before it gets to the point of I got to get this taken care of right now. The beauty is that they already know, like, and trust you. If you give them a reason to use you again because you're going to be in their area, this is a win-win for both sides. So what you should do, send a text message today. We're going to be in your area next week doing X, Y, and Z. Do you want us to stop by? Give them a call, send them an email, whatever it is, stay top of mind and give them a reason to work with you again.
