Home service businesses lose revenue by abandoning estimates in their CRM. Use email sequences and customer service calls to follow up on quotes instead of letting them sit forgotten.
When I was at a home service business we would generate estimates and they would just be sitting in our CRM and no one would ever follow up with them. The salesperson would be too busy out generating new estimates that they wouldn't be following up with any estimates. This is literally killing revenue for most businesses. What they need to do is take those estimates and worst case send them a one off email and say hey, were you able to solve this problem for your home? The best case, put them into an email nurture sequence of 714 days to automatically follow up with them via email and have a CSR call them after three days or five days to check in with them. The fortune is in the follow up and if you don't follow up, you're not going to grow your business to the level that it should be because you're not doing what top of forming home service businesses are actually doing to grow.
