Short spoken marketing advice (YouTube #shorts) focused on targeting homeowners at the neighborhood level. We don't market to homes, we market to homeowners. We just happen to know which home they come with. If you text people, they will see it. If you email them, you're going to have to email them a couple of times. Now we do some really cool stuff that helps you make sure you get like a 50 to 60 to 70% open rate on your emails, which is awesome. I want to get those neighbors around to know who we are. Because if the house that I'm going to meets my ideal customer profile or ideal avatar, then the neighbors probably do too. Because the houses were built at the same time, they experience weather at the same time, they're the same size, same age, same everything really. And so whether you're selling H vac or window washing or pest control or lawn care or garage doors, I really don't care what it is. The homes are probably in need of the same services around the same time. And then if they do respond or they click, then the system can automatically follow up with them and like start trying to book that appointment for you.
