It's actually really hard to come up with the right words when it's a topic you're emotional about because your emotional brain is activated. And when your emotional brain's activated, your thinking brain, it's not all the way turned off, but the volume is turned down real low on the thinking brain when your emotional brain's activated. So that's why it's so helpful to have either a person to help you craft some of these text messages or conversations or an AI or Some kind of sounding board to help you think through what do I want to say and how do I want to say it in the most effective way. Now, I know our feelings can get in the way and we can want to say the nasty, mean things and throw the daggers in there, but it's ultimately not going to get us what we want from the conversation. And so, as I always say, it's not about what's fair, it's about what works.
